How does the booking process work?
In order to officially reserve your event date, we require a non-refundable deposit along with a signed contract.
What makes you different from other photo booth vendors?
All of our photo booths are custom built in house and exclusive to Klearview Studios. With that being said we can guarantee you will not find our unique photo booths elsewhere. Rest assured your guests will be blown away once they see our unique photo booth setup at your event!
Why are your prices so much more competitive?
Unlike other vendors who invest thousands of dollars to only purchase and offer you the same photo booth equipment as the next vendor; we build our own photo booths which allows us to pass the savings on to you while providing you with a unique and high-quality photo booth experience at an affordable cost!
Do you charge extra for your photo booth enclosures?
Nope, not at all! We believe in providing our clients with the highest photo booth experience at an affordable cost. Therefore, you have the option of choosing from our three setups which include the LED inflatable enclosure, pipe and drape enclosure, and the open-air setup at no additional cost!
How many hours prior to the start time will you guys arrive to start setting up?
We usually make sure we arrive an hour and a half to an hour prior to your event start time.
Can I bring my own props?
Yes, we will provide a variety of fun props. However, we encourage our clients to bring their own if they wish to add to the assortment!
My wedding ceremony is in the same ballroom as my reception, can you setup the photo booth prior to my ceremony?
Absolutely! Just make sure you notify us during the booking process (idle hour fees may apply).
Do you offer customized photo templates?
Of course! We love customizing our photo templates! Just provide us with your theme, colors, and vision and our in-house graphic designers will ensure they bring it to life for you!
What types of events do you service?
We have provided our photo booth services at weddings, sweet sixteens, quincaneras, bar/bat mitzvahs, graduations, corporate events, fundraisers/charity events, proms/school events, holiday parties, birthday parties, and so much more!
Are there any hidden fees?
Nope, not at all! All of our pricing is straight forward!
Do you travel to NY, CT, or PA?
Yes, we do! However, travel fees may apply.
Is set up and delivery included in your pricing?
Yes, all of our packages include set up and delivery within a 60-mile round trip radius from zip code 07424.
